Location of Fengchi (Phong Tri)

Been at your desk all day and now your neck aches up into the back of your head, maybe with a bit of dizziness? This is often the first point a therapist works on.

Where to find it

Located in the hollow at the base of the skull, on either side of the neck — press gently and you will feel a small tender dip.

What it helps with

Helps relieve headaches at the back of the head, eases neck tension, and supports mild dizziness from long hours in poor posture.

Things to keep in mind

Avoid pressing too hard here yourself since it is close to the cervical spine — best left to a trained therapist.
